Deformaci\u00f3n del resorte o esponja en el caso de colchones y salas.<\/p><p>2. Ruptura de madera de los productos aplicables.<\/p><p>3. Ruptura de patas o llantas en los productos aplicables.<\/p><p>*La garant\u00eda no aplica en el caso de telas.<\/p><p>En el caso de que aplique garant\u00eda, se har\u00e1 el cambio del producto por otro igual o similar y se recoger\u00e1 en planta baja.<\/p><p>Para aplicar garant\u00eda se necesitar\u00e1n los siguientes requisitos:<\/p><p>\u00b7 Env\u00edo de nota de garant\u00eda al whatsapp de la misma nota.<\/p><p>\u00b7 Envi\u00f3 de fotograf\u00eda o evidencia de la deformaci\u00f3n o ruptura solicitada.<\/p><p>\u00b7 El tiempo de cambio por garant\u00eda es de aproximadamente 10 d\u00edas.<\/p><p>\u00b7 El producto deber\u00e1 estar en buenas condiciones (sin manchas o sucio y sin rupturas en tela).<\/p><p><strong>Devoluciones<\/strong><\/p><p>En caso de devoluci\u00f3n se solicita de la manera m\u00e1s atenta:<\/p><p>\u00b7 Enviar evidencia del defecto de f\u00e1brica que el producto presenta<\/p><p>\u00b7 Enviar nota de garant\u00eda al whatsapp de la misma nota<\/p><p>\u00b7 El producto deber\u00e1 estar en buenas condiciones (sin manchas, suciedad, y sin rupturas en tela)<\/p><p>\u00b7 Se deber\u00e1 proporcionar la cuenta CLABE a nombre del titular del producto, as\u00ed como una identificaci\u00f3n oficial a nombre de la misma persona.<\/p><p>\u00b7 El tiempo de reembolso despu\u00e9s de la recolecci\u00f3n del producto devuelto ser\u00e1 de 24
